New modern Irish pub, Lucky Clover, opens Friday in entertainment district

Dehne said the venue will host regular live music, including solo acts during weekday happy hours and DJs for the late-night and weekend crowds.

As for its offerings, Lucky Clover will debut as a bar only and will focus on 24 tap lines featuring a mix of Irish and craft brews, a curated selection of premium whiskeys and Scotches, and a craft cocktail menu. .

Dene, who also runs RWB Milwaukee right next door to Lucky Clover, says the new Irish pub is filling a niche in the area.

“We haven’t had an Irish bar here in 20 years,” he says. “So we hope to add something new to the entertainment district that really helps revitalize this side of the street.”
