Things are going well in the Warner Street Entertainment District, the area between the Horseshoe Casino and the stadium. In the area, he will soon have two new world-class venues. With construction underway at several major venues such as Top Golf, the Top Golf facility, part of the Warner Street Entertainment District, is almost ready for its grand opening. Vice President Kim Clark said: “The Paramount Baltimore, a venue with approximately 4,000 seats, is also nearly complete. There are still some questions about the section located in the middle of the two venues. It currently only houses construction materials, but will eventually become the site of a hotel with dining and event spaces. Because the urban environment was once industrial, there were problems relocating power and water lines. There are a lot of challenges to deal with the force, and we work with our engineers’ critical area committees to make sure we do this right, not just to do it right,” Clark said. “I think people need to recognize the potential this city and Warner Street has. It is expected to open in January or February, and of course Top Golf is expected to open by November or December of this year.

The area, which used to be full of abandoned warehouses and parking lots, now has a lot of construction going on with some main venues like Topgolf.

“As you can see, it looks a little different than it did a few years ago,” said Kim Clark, executive vice president of the Baltimore Development Authority.
Almost three years ago there was an artist’s rendering of what the district would look like, and now it’s becoming a reality.
Paramount Baltimore, a nearly 4,000-seat venue across from Top Golf, is also nearly complete.
“It hosts everything from concerts to mixed martial arts to boxing events and also has private dining rooms and clubs for people to use,” Clark said.
Questions still remain about the section located between the two venues. It currently only houses construction materials, but will eventually become the site of a hotel with dining and event spaces.
The project also presented some challenges, as most of the urban environment was industrial land. So there was a problem with relocating power and water.
Some were built in flooded areas, and nearby Ridgeleys Cove remains an important part of the bay.
“There are a lot of challenges dealing with the Army Corps of Engineers Critical Areas Commission and making sure we do it right, not just to do it well,” Clark said. I think we need to recognize the potential that Warner Street has, and it’s just one of the small factors that influence what Baltimore City is capable of.”
The Paramount Baltimore Theater is set to open in January or February 2023, and of course Top Golf is set to open by November or December of this year.
